Overview
We offer a “Turn Key” approach to both small & larger projects, which involve the many varied aspects of the electrical, auto electrical, refrigeration, air-conditioning industry. Our in house facilities allow us to carry out efficiently the Design, Drawing, Panel Building, Installation, and Functional Description of the process, P.L.C & HMI Code Development. We are also specialized in Marine, Industrial, Domestic, Starter, Commercial Wiring, AC/DC Motor Rewinding, and Agents for Car Alarms & P.L.C. System. Our Project Methodology sets goals and objectives, which enables us to deliver cost effective solutions to almost any industry application.
SYSTEM ENGINEERING
We offer a service of System Engineering for total plant integration. This covers the sensor on the machine to the office management computer system. This includes the initial concept planning, budgets, through the 11-phase automation process.
REFRIGERATION
Freezer trucks, Cool Rooms, Blast Freezers, Container Freezers, and Ammonia Plant etc. We have already installed blast freezer and holding freezer in C.J Patel. We also do Marine Refrigeration and Supermarket Display Freezers. Furthermore, we have extensive experience in cool room and freezer room installation.
AIR-CONDITIONING
Cooling Tower, Central Plant, Bus Air-conditioning, and Car Air-conditioning, etc. We have done An air-conditioning project in C.J Patel and with other clients and VRF system (variable Refrigerant Flow).We have experience in working in Screw Chillers, Dunne Bush Chillers, AUX Chiller’s, Carrier Semi Ham tic Compressor’s
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS
We carry out Electrical Installation as part of our design build projects as well as for service providers from outside our region and we also do underground cable installations and overhead cable installations and we have experience in generator installations and servicing and in solar panel installations.
ELECTRICAL SERVICING
We provide industrial servicing for a wide range of customers. These include food handling, manufacturing, water processing, concrete batching and cheese production, Motor Winding, Control, Industrial, Domestic, and Marine Wiring. We offer 24hr, 365-day coverage by arrangement.
SWITCH BOARDS & CONTROL PANELS
We manufacture Switchboards, Motor Control Panels and Control Panels as part of our design build projects and services that we provide. This includes PLC based control systems.
PLC PROGRAMMING
We started writing PLC code in the early 1999 when we used to replace relay panels. Now we Pride ourselves with the approach we have in controlling complex tasks with efficient programs that Get the job done. Our documentation methods include Functional Descriptions that detail the Operation of the PLC code. We have extensive experience in the wet processing.
V.R.F PROGRAMMING
We started using V.R.F in early 2001. Now we pride ourselves with the approach we have in controlling complex with efficient programs that gets the job done. Our documentation methods include Functional Descriptions that detail the operation of V.R.F used to run the system with computer. We have extensive experience in building air-conditioners (e.g. cooling tower, central plant,) and AUX Air conditioners.
V.S.D PROGRAMMING
We started using VSD drive in early 2001 and we have control on the motors from ZERO (0) RPM to maximum speed of the motor. We have used this program in saw mills
and Other converge drive.
R.T.U RADIO TELEPHONE UNIT
We have experience in RTU to control the pumps and motors and remote area air conditions with signals etc. We also use Scader program to run the PLC drive. We also use RTU with repeaters to get signals from remote areas without telephone lines
B.M.S PROGRAMMING
We started using B M. S in early 2001. Now we pride ourselves with the approach we have in controlling complex with efficient programs that gets the job done. Our documentation methods include Functional Descriptions that detail the operation of B.M. S used to run the system with computer. We have extensive experience in building air-conditioners (e.g. cooling tower, central plant,) with Johnson control and Honeywell we use other software to such as Rockwell, Telemechanic, AB & Honeywell.
We have already done the job with Johnson Control for Telecom Fiji in Ganilau house. We have upgraded the system from NCM to NEA and have signed 10years contract with Telecom Fiji Limited.

We can provide protocol translation to combine your favorite third party database, spreadsheet, trending and word processing software package to your system.
SHEET METAL DIVISION
We do sheet metal job such as ducting, aluminum and stain steel welding and other fabrication jobs.
